FILAMENT - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Published by Bight - v1.0, effective 24 August 2026

By installing Filament you agree to these terms. The full, human-readable
version lives at: https://landing-jet-five-16.vercel.app/terms

THE SHORT, FAIR VERSION

1. LICENSE. Bight grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to run
Filament. A paid key unlocks the features and machine count of your
tier (Pro: 3 machines / Studio: 10). Lifetime keys never expire.

2. YOUR SHOWS ARE YOURS. Anything Filament puts on screen at your
performance, stream, or event is yours to use commercially. No
   royalties, ever.

3. DON'T. Don't resell, share, or publish your key; don't reverse-
engineer the licensing; don't rebrand Filament as your own product
(white-label licensing exists - ask us).

4. REFUNDS. Any paid key, within 14 days of purchase, no interrogation.

5. PRIVACY. No accounts, no analytics, no tracking. Activation stores
your key, a machine identifier, and a timestamp - nothing else.
   Audio never leaves your machine.

6. PHOTOSENSITIVITY WARNING. Filament produces intense flashing lights
and strobe-like effects that may trigger seizures in a small
percentage of people, even without a history of epilepsy. Stop
immediately if anyone viewing experiences dizziness, altered vision,
twitching, or disorientation. You are responsible for audience
   warnings at your events.

7. LASERS AND DMX. Filament generates control signals; you are the
operator. Laser display to the public is legally regulated in most
jurisdictions and requires trained, certified operation. Filament's
safety zones and scan-rate limits are aids, not legal compliance.
Bight is not liable for injury, damage, or legal consequences
arising from hardware controlled through Filament.

8. NO WARRANTY. Filament is provided "as is". Always soundcheck your
rig. Bight's total liability is capped at the amount you paid.

9. GOVERNING LAW. State of Wyoming, USA.
